Ski and Rock was formed by Peter Kershaw in 1996 with the aim of organising activity holidays which are run in a relaxed all inclusive environment. These holidays have an outdoor activity during the day with dance in the evening. Initially, the holidays were organised to combine skiing with jive. Since then other activities have been brought in to allow holidays to be organised outside the skiing season.
